order was cancelled by this seller because the shipping cost was high and they mentioned before "free shipping" - the refund I received was also less which is not good. They deducted some money.

Hi We have refunded whatever amount that Ebay sent us. Even though we want to refund more money we cannot do that because we cannot exceed the amount that eBay transferred us for any particular transaction. You might have paid different amount but we have only received $42.38 CAD from and we returned the full amount. Please send us your paypal account we will refund the reamining amount behalf of ebay. Our shop is open since 2009 this is the first negative comment we have received/
