I had some issues as the sticky pads on the glass had all moved. I removed them, scraped the glass clean with a blade a re glued them with waterproof and heatproof glue. To me it was a minor issue but I informed the seller and included a photo. The seller replied quickly and asked me if it was still useable and if so offered me a 40% discount. I thought that was very considerate and an excellent gesture as the unit was already well priced at £14.99. Excellent customer service and thank-you.

One didn't work,the other only intermittently. Both returned.Seller only refunded for one as I didn't specify that two were in the package - I should have put '2' in the drop-down menu on the returns page. Common sense says if there's 2 in the box, and 2 mentioned in the messages as being defective, I've returned 2!! Not happy at all. Bear this in mind if you buy from this seller.
