Contacted seller with ref to damaged light. Cracked and full of scratches. My personal opinion is that this was a return. No apologies correspondence was terrible and very unhelpful. Would neverbuy from this company again. They offered to pick the light up but failed to mention dropping off a replacement Still waiting to hear back from them. I offered a solution no no avail. Appalling considering the price I paid. I sent in pictures and made me feel I was at fault

Unfortunately we do 100% disagree with this buyer request ,every option we gave to resolve , she didnt accept it ,buyer msg regarding pick up
the parcel and exchange it ( Unfortunately that’s not possible either as I work in conjunction with …………and do 22 hour shifts.) there was nothing wrong with the light all off our light fitting panel come with protective cover that need to peel off plastic film before fitting ,for this reason she was asking for refund which was very unreasonable ,

Amazing customer service. The light was dispatched for next day delivery but after 2 weeks we still hasn’t received it. The seller reached out to me directly and sent a new out which arrived the next day!
The light is extremely good quality and looks stunning. Our room has spotlights in the walls so the ceiling light is just for aesthetic. A worthy purchase!
