Would neverbuy from this company again. They offered to pick the light up but failed to mention dropping off a replacement Still waiting to hear back from them. I offered a solution no no avail. Appalling considering the price I paid. I sent in pictures and made me feel I was at fault

Unfortunately we do 100% disagree with this buyer request ,every option we gave to resolve , she didnt accept it ,buyer msg regarding pick up the parcel and exchange it ( Unfortunately that’s not possible either as I work in conjunction with …………and do 22 hour shifts.) there was nothing wrong with the light all off our light fitting panel come with protective cover that need to peel off plastic film before fitting ,for this reason she was asking for refund which was very unreasonable ,
