Attractively Price Used Registered ECC RAM for HP Z8-G4
Works well in my HP Z8-G4 workstation. It is very important to have identically spec RAM (including Rank) for each CPU socket. Ranks can differ from CPU socket to socket for multiple CPU workstations, but having differing Ranks within the CPU socket's RAM slots will cause the Z8 to not recognize ANY of the RAM for that CPU. The Z8 requires registered, ECC RAM. My Z8 has: CPU0: Hynix 16x16GB 2Rx8 PC4-2933Y-RE2-12 CPU1: Samsung 16x16GB 1Rx4 PC4-2933Y-RC2-12 This works fine. Works well in my HP Z8-G4 workstation.
