After some time, the seller got back to me. They did make an effort to fix the problem by sending me a new ring to replace the broken one. I appreciate the effort on their part. This ring is definitely holding together better, but now I can t open it. I d rather it not open then to break, but the point of this style of ring is to be able to open it. I would by from them again because of the effort that they put in to fix the problem, and their ring is pretty.
