WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour costs involved in a warranty claim or responsible for postal costs incurred on any warranty claim.
 
Damaged items and shortages
Your bought items should be inspected for damage as soon as you get them. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
 
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods we can arrange for return of the product and either replacement with like for like item or a full refund.

❌Avoid❌ Alarm bells were ringing immediately when the part number was printed upside down on all 4 springs. The front seem to be ok ATM. The rear springs are the real issue. They can barely support the weight of an empty Van. 30 seconds of driving was enough. I had to take them back off. Far too soft. The van is hitting it's bump stops. Also, the coils of the springs are binding together resulting in a terrible noise. Other feedback comments on here have the same issue. STOP SELLING THIS RUBBISH

No other comments found on our feedback - so where are the comments?Also sold over 100 kits between ebay and website and no problems like have been stated - we've had no pictures showing this this just this customers ❌opinions.❌Just goes to prove you can't please everyone all the time.
