I bought a Switch game that was supposed to be new, but it turned out to be used because they apparently had no new stock. Instead of asking if a used copy was acceptable, they just sent it at the full price of a new one. Only after I asked did they offer a discount. I ended up returning the item, which I had to pay for myself. In the end, it was just a complete waste of money and time.
