Nice outdoor lamp
I bought one of these to replace my old dusk-to-dawn sensor bulkhead lamp, as the photocell mechanism had failed and it wasn't coming on at all. This is a nice, attractive lamp, although it doesn't have a reflector like my bulkhead one did, so it doesn't throw off as much light to the front. You get to the lamp holder by unscrewing three 7mm dome nuts and lifting off the lens with its housing. The nuts are a little fiddly, but ok if you've got the right spanners. I fitted an Osram 8.5W LED ES lamp, which gives off a fair amount of light- although this is reduced a bit by the frosted lens. Fitting the lamp was straightforward. Undoing the two 8mm dome nuts on the base plate releases the plastic box behind, which can be fixed to the wall with two screws. The electrical connection is ... This metal lamp needs to be earthed. Overall this is a nice looking lamp, although it's a little flimsy, having only one pillar between the lamp & the base. The frosted lens also dims the light output a bit. But it's good value for the price, so overall I like this product. This model doesn't have a light sensor, so I'll have to remember to switch it off in the morning.

Looks good but fiddly to fit
Love the look of this but my hubby had a lot of difficulty fitting it things didn't quite line up etc. Wont be easy to replace bulb either due to the way it is put together. Put bulb recommended in --not very bright. Ok for us but if you need a very bright light this probably won't be for you. A shame it looks really good.
