      Verified purchase
      I prefer using the nylon screw over a metal one for obvious reasons, you don't have to worry about shorting out the transistor to the case. On the other side you can use a Nylon Nut or Kep Nut to secure the screw. Either work fine without shorting anything out to the case.

      Easy way to Heat Sink a Voltage Regulator Transistor!

      Just the right size to mount Regulator Transistors to your chassis if you have to without shorting out the device to the frame. Don't forget to put your mica insulator between the Transistor and the frame you mount it to.
