Synopsis
From fiber artist Toni Lipsey of TL Yarn Craft, an introduction to the craft of Tunisian crochet--a unique crochet style that looks more like knitting--with 20 projects for beginners. There are hundreds of books that explore traditional crochet, but there are few that reference the concept of Tunisian crochet or present it in a modern, approachable way. The Tunisian Crochet Handbook introduces this fascinating and rewarding technique with a wide array of stitches and design possibilities. The goal of this book is to guide crocheters step-by-step through Tunisian crochet, starting with tools and yarns, transitioning into how-to's and stitches, and finishing with easy but engaging patterns. Every shawl, garment, and accessory featured takes makers beyond the basics, introducing new stitches to expand their skill sets. In this way, author Toni Lipsey is reintroducing crochet and encouraging makers to explore the craft further with each new design. Crochet continues to grow in popularity, and this guidebook offers a new take on the timeless classic, one that readers won't be able to find anywhere else. Includes instructional sections and patterns, complete with the necessary schematics and styled, chic photographs., There are hundreds of books that explore traditional crochet, but there are few that reference the concept of Tunisian crochet or present it in a modern, approachable way. The condition of the book I received was exactly as described and the packaging used to ship it was chosen with care. My only issue was the cover of the book did not match the cover advertised (it was the correct book just an alternate cover design). I reached out the the seller to inquire about the cover mistake and without me even asking he refunded my purchase. Excellent customer service. I will donate the copy I received. Highly recommend this seller.

Good overall experience. The book arrived in the condition described and even earlier than expected. The price and shipping were both very reasonable. However, the packaging could have been better, as it wasn’t very protective and the book ended up with a slightly bent corner from minor bumps during transit. Nothing major, but worth noting. Overall, a reliable seller, though with room for improvement in packaging.

Good seller, item description could have been better, more details, along with the packaging for shipping (hard cover book in just a bubblewrap envelope). There is a split across bottom of spine back that was not described, otherwise its in good condition. Fast shipping and the price was reasonable. Overall happy with purchase. Thank you.

The stain, spill, on the front and the first three pages on the edge does not take away from the book thankfully. I was able to wipe the blob off the front. Otherwise, great looking book. Happy to have.
