Il Cliente (consumatore finale)* può esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dei beni mediante comunicazione scritta da inviare a Bevande Vitantonio Srl Via Malagenia snc 84061 Ogliastro Cilento (SA) mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante telegramma, telex, posta elettronica (bevisrl@pec.it) e fax ( 39 0974 1930339), a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le quarantotto ore successive. Tale comunicazione dovrà contenere i dati necessari all'individuazione dell'ordine, la volontà di rinunciare all'acquisto e il prodotto o i prodotti per i quali si intende esercitare il diritto di recesso, allegando copia del documento fiscale (Fattura o D.D.T. allegati all'ordine). In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, il Cliente si impegna alla integrale restituzione in condizioni inalterate e nella confezione originale, dei prodotti ricevuti allo stesso indirizzo utilizzato per la raccomandata.

Il diritto di recesso non si applica per gli acquisti conclusi con soggetti diversi dei consumatori finali, ovvero alle ditte o imprenditori che chiedano al momento dell'acquisto l'emissione di fattura con partita iva.

d) alla fornitura di beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente;

e) alla fornitura di beni sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e sono stati aperti dopo la consegna;

f) alla fornitura di beni che, dopo la consegna, risultano, per loro natura, inscindibilmente mescolati con altri beni;

g) alla fornitura di bevande alcoliche, il cui prezzo sia stato concordato al momento della conclusione del contratto di vendita, la cui consegna possa avvenire solo dopo trenta giorni e il cui valore effettivo dipenda da fluttuazioni sul mercato che non possono essere controllate dal venditore;

h) ad aziende e professionisti con partita Iva.
