    I love Jamie!

    I have always enjoyed watching Jamie Oliver on the television. We had the chance to eat at his restaurant in Edinburgh Scotland this last fall, Jamies Italian. Oh my! We went back 3 times it was ALL so good! Can't wait to try the fresh pasta recipes!

    Oliver Does It Again!

    Jamie Oliver is a wonderboy in the field of cooking. The "Naked Chef" is a joy to read for any dedicated foodie who loves cookbooks. I own almost all his cookbooks, but this book is really a special treat.....the ultimate "how to" cookbook. It does lack the colorful pics that have been scattered throughout his other cookbooks, but the cookbook is a timeless, modern day manual that we should all have in our kitchen. Oliver is very keen on using local,fresh, seasonal,& organic, ingredients. His cookbook comes alive with enthusiasm and like many of his other books, you will be surprised at the culinary insights he provides. The cookbook covers many sections from salads, which are sublime, to the fresh egg pastas, where Jamie gives excellent instructions on making 6 classic, fresh pasta ...

    "top 5", Break Downs Basics, cares for reader, awesome cook book!!

    "Cook with Jamie" is one of my top 5 favorites in the cook book world.As it breaks down not only the basic's and story behind the different foods but, encourages one to view cooking and shopping different. Unlike other Cook Books "Cook with Jamie" teaches one of the variety of greens, pasta, meats and more. One of the things that stands out is that he (Jamie)is not trying to sell's his own product or even a special brand. Increasingly however, he believes in people knowing what they consume, where it came from and what it eat!! What a great book!!! I recommend it!!
