Brand new cutter. Shipped very fast from China. Packaging very secure. Comes with 10 extra blades and two extra plastic, sliding blade-head bushings in case replacement is needed due to wear. Inserting the blade required loosening three screws on the side plate to open up the sleeve a bit. Once they are adjusted for your blade width, a blade can be tightened and loosened with the primary center screw. Excellent value.
