    Whilst the item arrived as described and the delivery was relatively prompt, the seller unfortunately chose to profit from the postage and I sincerely believe this to be unfair. Whilst I purchased 2 different sets of badges they were shipped in the same very small and light envelope - however, I was consciously charged for 2 separate deliveries. Having contacted the seller in order to highlight my grievance, they failed to accept responsibility and came across as somewhat evasive.

    A lot of sellers won't sell to newer users with zero feedback...this is why! I use recyclable bubble pouches for smaller items. These are eco friendly and stop items getting damaged. It still not clear if this buyer had an issue at checkout or had some strange issue with the weight of the envelope¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but messaged stating that they would leave negative feedback unless they got a refund! I entered into convo with them, they never responded & have now used my pics for their own listing!
