The generic packaging doesn't indicate that the protector is specific to my phone. I complained but seller insisted that it was the correct size. When I fitted it, I found it to be the wrong size. The screen protector is too wide so the long edges do not stick down properly and it is too short so the top and bottom of the phone screen is not protected. This item is not specifically designed for Moto G 5g plus. Poor product and poor customer service.

Screen protector wasn't as described so messaged the seller and got back to me. Ensured the protector would still be OK covering the front cover so have continued to use it. Packaging could of been better as it was simply sent out with a label to the pack itself showing the contents. Value is low of course but wasn't protected, free postage. Maybe that's why.

Ordered these and 1 was smashed when it arrived… got in contact with them and they were great and said they apologised and sent another pack out - but then that one arrived with 1 smashed too. Good customer service but shocking quality for nearly £4… had to change the screen protector after 4 days of use as it just cracked and all the edges the tempered glass flaked off. My last screen protector stayed on for 2 months before I had to change it! Won’t be returning again but 5* service.
