Fun book for moms and grandmas
I had a paperback book years ago, through several moves, I lost it. This has recipes as well as the patterns for cutting up the cakes. I love it.

Why buy a store cake?
These cakes are so cute and easy to make that it's silly to spend money on a store bought cake. I remember being excited when I got to go through my mom's booklet (it was a booklet back then that she had to send away for but all of the cakes are in this book + more) and choose my BD cake. Then I used it for my kids and nieces. I had this book for the grandkids. Kids LOVE these cakes. They are so cute...heck I had one at my bridal shower and everyone loved it!These cakes are so cute and easy to make that it's silly to spend money on a store bought cake. I remember being excited when I got to go through my mom's booklet (it was a booklet back then that she had to send away for but all of the cakes are in this book + more) and choose my BD cake. Baker's Cake book created by the makers of Baker's coconutis a nice book with simple instructions to make shaped cakes by cutting out shapes and putting them together for bunnies, etc. Color pictures are nice also. Most of recipes use Baker;s coconut as a design element, which is easily colored using the book's instructions. From kids to Grandkids

Everyone who has children or grandchildren needs this great book.
I owned this book when my children were small.I made every cake in the book.My 24 year grandaughter borrowed it to make a cake for one of my great grandchildren. It has great instructions. I'm now living in Argentina and I have never seen cutout decorated cakes that are in this book so they the children will be overjoyed with the cakes I will make for them.
