I haven’t tried to operate it as it’s a gift for my son. Hopefully 🤞 all will be fine. Seller didn’t give a lot of updates but that is mentioned a few times in other reviews. I would absolutely buy from this seller again 🫡👌👍 camera looks great (see photos) packaging was a little scuffed but all corners had plastic protectors.

The label is different, it feels lighter/cheaper, and it runs warmer — almost overheating — which my original doesn’t. Build quality feels inferior. Not saying it’s inauthentic, but it’s not the same. If you haven’t used a UK model/batch, you might not notice but the difference is definitely there. Next time I’d spend the extra and buy direct from Sony.

Communications were great as they check with you before shipping. Canon 100-400mm lens came as described, brand new and working, everything was very well packaged. I ordered on a Monday and arrived Saturday the same week, very impressed and happy with my purchase. Excellent seller, the process from start to finish was spot on. I would use and recommend this seller.
