I ordered scraper blade from Ar global parts. Before sending the product, they kindly asked, if I have eny questions. I told them, that I was not sure, if the part is suitable for my Jura Ena 8. They told me, that the part wich I ordered, is not working with my machine. They asked, if I want my monet back, or is it ok, if they search the suitable part for same price.
