    The shipping envelope was a standard media envelope, with a small amount of bubble wrap on the inside. This was not enough to protect the remote from being bounce around in mailing. I had to pop the sides of the remote together because of poor shipping protection. As a result of poor shipping the step keys, do not work at all. Because of the poor shipping protestation, I cannot in good conscience recommend or use seller again. This was a waste of money. Replacement or refund should be given.
