Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.

    Looks good but performs poorly.

    The main problem with this toaster is that it does not toast the bread evenly on both sides. One side is dark whilst the other side is barely toasted and only half of this side is done at all. Also the controls seem very sensitive, with only a very small amount of change on the dial required to go from barely done at all to over done. The toaster does look good but I'm afraid I am disappointed with its overall performance.

    Superb toaster

    The toaster toasts all kinds of bread including crumpets evenly and on both sides.The controls are easy to view and use and an additional advantage is the ability to control the two pair of slots independently.
