Buyer allows offers but didn't respond twice, then offers a refund if I buy item but then accepts original offer. Items were sent and deliver to a different location day of delivery. I tell seller and they reroute package. I finally receive box and they sent incorrect items and missing others. They request I mail the incorrect item back 1st so they can receive it in before sending the correct item missing. A good eBay manager is needed
