The seller was responsive, packaged the item well, and sent it out in a timely manner. Shipping time however took much longer than anticipated as the package was held up at US Customs due to the requirement of a "Drop Ball Certificate" which the seller should have known to include when shipping sunglasses abroad. However, the seller assisted in getting the package cleared through customs.
