Sounds big and loud, just as I wanted! I have a 2021 Corolla Hybrid with a pretty meek horn, and wanted to upgrade as it seems a lot of drivers don’t want pay attention to my honking. For my safety, I went with a Toyota OEM horn, and it works great in my car! I actually spooked myself the first time I honked it. Setup was super easy, and I had all the parts I needed. The zip ties were handy, to keep everything nice and neat. Thank you! Sounds big and loud, just as I wanted! Installed on 2017 Toyota Prius 4 (Generation 4); did not need the special cable that came with the kit as the new horn female connectors accepted the male connectors that came with the original horns on the car (note: connectors have small tab that you need to push in before pulling apart). Took 1.5 hours as this was the first time I did this & took my time (could now do it in under 1 hour knowing what needed to be done). Was originally concerned about the amps the new horns required (9 amps total) as the old horns were rated around 6 amps, but many other users reported no problems with the standard 10 amp rated fused wiring system. I made sure each horn opening was pointed down as much as possible so water did not sit in the interior of the horn and cause long term damage. I did find that ... I did find that I needed to use the short metal extension brackets that were part of the original horn assembly to clear obstacles as the space to work in is very limited. Used the original horns a few times before the install to compare to the new horns and what a difference! Instead of the shallow beep beep of the originals (that many inconsiderate drivers seem to ignore), the new horns sound like a real car horn; much louder and demanding that the originals. To me, it was a very worth-while easy upgrade that I should have done years ago when we first bought the car - but I didn t know until recently that this upgrade kit was even available (bought mine from a very reputable seller in Japan that arrived in 10 days from order date). One if the frustrating parts was getting those darn plastic clips to come off of the black plastic engine cover - suggest you have a couple new ones on hand as I broke 2 of the 5 (got mine on ebay before I did this horn conversion - and glad I did). One last note, since space was tight, be careful as there are a lot of sharp edges you will be working around under the black plastic engine compartment cover; got a few scrapes on my hands/arms, nothing that bad - probably a good idea to use some light-weight gloves that cover part of your arm.

Good quality Premium Toyota Horn!!!
I feel now like i driving Toyota Land Cruiser not my Auris Hybrid 2016)))) I installed by myself to save some money!!! Instead to remove the bumper i removed the hood locker ( 3 bolts) after that is just easy to remove the top plastic cover (around 7 clips and 1 bolt). The horns are coming with connecting harness, bolts, washers... in my opinion they need to add some nuts... I live in London UK and I received my parcel from Japan for less than two weeks, very pleased!!! My old horn was like fitted for bicycle I don't understand Toyota, but now to be honest with this Premium horns , motorists can feel my presence on the road!!! I recommend!!! Thank you very much!!! Wanted to keep the car all Toyota :) Installed on ‘25 GR Corolla. You get a 400 and 500Hz as shown. Installed just the 400. Factory connector plugs right in. Initially thought these were duds (no sound testing just connector plugged in), but then realized the ground is the metal bracket that screws onto the chassis.
