I am elderly and lost hearing in one ear after fall. I was disappointed that this comes with a very small plastic gismo with which to adjust the hearing aid, which they advise you to do when the amplifier is in place. Elderly people do not have this dexterity. I had trouble doing it before putting it in my ear let alone after. Also everytime the amplifier is touched once in the ear it emits loud whine.
