Waited till EBAY ordered a refund on a package that never came. No tracking number were sent when I asked twice the seller for those tracking numbers. No replies on either attempt. As much as I think the seller may deserve worse feedback than neutral, I will give this person a neutral rating for the sake that MAYBE there are personal issues that prevented the seller to reply despite his claim in his profile how well he replies to all who message.
Had to go to the Pawn Shop for a NAD tuner.
