Orders placed before 4:00PM (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday) and orders placed after 4:00PM (GMT) or during weekend (Sat,Sun or Public Holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day.

We will answer all emails / messages within 24 hours and welcome you to ask us anything you want. We will do everything we can to help you and will assist you providing all information required to make an informed purchase decision.

We are closed on public holidays and during Christmas - New Year holiday period, with all goods purchased during this time dispatched on the first working day back following order receipt. Delicious Oxtail flavoured soup. Easy to prepare..
Really delicious soup. May be a bit too salty for some people though. Other than that, quick and easy to make and tastes like Oxtail. A***. Love it, will be back.
