About this product

Product Information

Operation Armored Liberty for Game Boy Advance takes place during 2003's United States-led invasion of Iraq, designed to liberate the Iraqi people from the totalitarian regime of Sadaam Hussein as well as to eliminate potential weapons of mass destruction. The game focuses specifically on tank warfare with an action-oriented approach as players prepare to battle any and all resistance while advancing onward to the capital city of Baghdad. Players are strapped into the cockpit of an M1A1 tank, with enemy units appearing along the desert terrain and above, including mobile SCUD launchers, T72 tanks, and Iraqi helicopters.

  • Could Be Better

I bought this game because I see a tank simulator game and I think awesome. This game could be so much more. The graphics if you could call them that are way below par, moving around is kind of difficult, and all the missions are very repetitive. I think it could be a lot better. Dont buy a new one, if you do want to get a copy buy used and dont pay more than 5 bucks.

  • Great Game

Works great! I would buy from again.

  • Operation Armed Liberty thoughts

From the package art I expected a 'Shoot'em Up' and that is exactly what I got. Other than better graphics, it differs little from that type of game that I played in the 80ies on the Commadore 64. Ok value for what I payed for it (under $5). Definately would NOT have payed new price for it!

  • Not Disappointed

The delivery and shape of the game was great.
