Have contacted evri and they say it’s under investigation. They also have told me to contact the retailer to inform them. Parcel was shipped no problem, have evidence of the delivery, but it’s been left somewhere the whole street could see. This is not a fault on the retailer but a fault on Everi’s behalf.
