Ordered 4 tyre levers, they sent 3, w,hen I informed them they gave me a partial refund without asking if I want a partial refund, no apology no nothing. They did not consider even sending the missing lever. Poor customer service. So had to as ebay to step in. Levers were poor quality, not forged .
