There is nothing bad about this doll I saved my money to buy her and I am so happy. She is so elegant and my favorite Barbie in my collection of 103 dolls. My mother is law loves her so much she wants one for Christmas. Guess I have to start saving again

Doll wears a gold, black, and red metalic brocade gown with beads and rhinestones. She was the first to have the designer label inside of gown and fashion is not removeable. Hair style is a soft chignon with gold colored leaf earrings. This fashion is a work of art that is a Gianfranco Ferre design, and full length version still resides in the Musee Grevin in Paris and has since its inception in 1993. From Timeless Creations, the specialty doll division of Mattel. Made in China. For the adult collector. The only thing wrong with the doll is her earrings are missing but I was sent the leaf earrings to add to her which is what I am doing for her. Beautifull doll otherwise.

This Christian Dior dress is one of the best if not the best Barbie outfits EVER. Can't understand why this doll has not increased in value. I can only guess that many collectors have not seen it in person and can't appreciate how special the gown is from photographs. This is a "must-have" for any Barbie collector, and at current prices, a great gift for any child who likes to play with Barbies.This Christian Dior dress is one of the best if not the best Barbie outfits EVER.
