Seller didn't put item in envelope before Mailing and I received an empty envelope! Customer service was absolutely rude I was ignored! item was not sent out when I explained the situation! I even had to explain to the seller that the 35 grams on the stamp is the maximum weight for that postage not the weight of the parcel! EBay stepped in and I got a full refund! check that you put the item in the envelope before Mailing! I did try to resolve on this transaction negative feedback is deserved!!
