Order Placement

Initiating an order implies acceptance of our business terms and conditions, without affecting your statutory rights. All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate on the invoice date. The company retains the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.

Payment

Goods remain property of the company until the customer completes full payment. Customers are responsible for providing vehicle details in the special instructions box. Failure to do so may result in the supply of an incorrect product, in which case Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, imposing a 2% handling fee and covering any additional costs. If the replacement product costs less, Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, refunding the difference minus a 20% handling fee.

Payments are processed through eBay s Managed Payments System, including options like credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. Clear funds must be received before dispatch.

Delivery

Fast delivery to mainland UK addresses within 2-3 working days is standard. Express deliveries operate on a next working day basis. Once dispatched, the carrier handles delivery. Customers receive carrier contact details upon dispatch. If no one is available for delivery, the courier follows provided instructions or leaves the order in a considered safe area .
