We would be pleased however to ship any items advertised on eBay on a next working day courier service free of charge. If we are unable to contact the buyer by the agreed dispatch day and time we may automatically cancel the order as re-ordering is easier than returning large heavy items. Towbars, van steps and roof racks are expensive and inconvenient for buyers to return.
