Found using padded inserts added too much pressure to the inguinal hernia which hurt after wearing for a while so removed. Excellent and more than adequate support without inserts. Allows me to carry on with daily, sometimes very heavy, physical activities. Brilliant design, made with high quality materials and very comfy to wear all day. Expensive but highly recommend as they are a godsend and worth every penny. Measure HIPS not waist for size!
