The New Balance shoes that I ordered were grossly falsely misrepresented. Both shoes have structural damage in the inside back heel. The most important part of this type of shoe. It was not pictured or discussed in the description. Seller states no returns.. so I will go to my credit card company with fraud and misrepresentation by the seller. Intentional. Anyone that knows shoes understands that this type of damage renders then useless. I can’t leave photos just now.., shoes are at home

The shipping cost seemed excessive for how the item actually arrived (in a paper envelope, which was wet, via usps). And it should have been disclosed that the legs had been shortened (cut). They’re a couple inches too short and I’m only 5’3”. I have a lot of Aeropostale sweatpants and know this isn’t how they’re supposed to be. That said, I otherwise love the fit and softness and can trim them up to be capris. I hope this feedback helps with your future sales … best wishes to you!
