Beautiful footstool, great quality and good price, arrived on time, nicely packed but it's not velvet as described. Its cream chenille. Definitely NOT velvet. Happy though with the purchase but seller should change this on description.

The footstool was made of IBIZA 02 fabric - velvet upholstery fabric, name and quality from the manufacturer, to choose the colour and fabric, we send free samples .

Nice footstool for the price paid. BUT truly AWFUL customer service. I was sent incorrect tracking, then treated like a criminal when I queried why the item wasn’t delivered to me but elsewhere .I sorted the issue myself but they far from apologised. Denied any responsibility, were beyond unhelpful and were rude from the off, frankly. I was told - quote “no return-no refund” which isn’t correct but clearly demonstrates that, had it really gone astray, they didn’t give two hoots! Buyer beware!
