The dress I purchased by offer was nearly a month late to be posted.
Which might have been due to the seller’s visit to a tailor / seamstress to repair a sizeable rip on the back. Which was not included in the seller’s description of the item nor reflected in a “New with defects” listing; it was listed as NWT. Well the tags were all there. So was the rip.
Decided to keep the dress anyway as I love the pattern placements on this one. But fair is fair. And seller could be more forthright.
