All of these were stores testers which were all used to some degree. Particularly frustrating as I did check beforehand to check if they were new, and I was assured that they were. Seller was very defensive to the point where I was accused of sabotaging the compacts in order to choose a shade. This was simple business transaction which required a return but it became personal. Bizarre approach - I do not appreciate this attitude.
