Item was not delivered on time. I was told the item was still on a ship, even though it showed as in stock for fast delivery. Seller was rude and uncompromising.

This feedback is by no means a true reflection. I was neither rude or uncompromising. Unfortunately the buyer was not understanding of the current Global situation that is causing huge delays on imported goods. The situation was out of my hands and an alternate solution was provided immediately. Buyer demanded a discount and delivery date which was unachievable and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the order which obviously has upset the buyer and resulted in this negative feedback.
