Attention international buyers : Seller only ships UPS. My order of $50 ended up costing an extra $19 in taxes, duties and outrageous UPS 'handling fees' for crossing the border. UPS will not deliver the package unless you create an account on the UPS website and pay them these extra fees by credit card beforehand. Postal Service shipping (which has no border handling fees) is not available from this seller.
