Item didn't arrive on time so I sent a message.. no response after 7 days I opened an eBay issue.. I then received a card from post office stating I needed to pay £3.50 to get the parcel as seller had not paid enough postage. I didn't pay this and updated the issue with ebay.. within 24 hours of opening the issue I received a full refund from ebay.. at no point did the seller respond to my issue.. good work ebay .poor seller

Item never arrived, contacted seller. Kate responded and told me she would see what happened with purchased item. No follow up contact and was ignored with several other attempts to check on items whereabouts. Very disappointed would not recommend or use again. 👎🏻
