it's okay for relay on off testing, not sure about contacts
this may test the relay to see if it operates and it does this a number of times but not sure if it checks the contacts and loading of them which is also important as no good if relay switches on and off but contacts don't make each time, instructions vague about this...... I said I would not recommend this on the grounds of contact testing ..... relay on off test it's okay
