The only fault (listed as a second/return item) was that there were 2 small screws missing from the back panel, one I found in the box. . For the money, you can't go wrong. By the time, I've added a stack of logs and some dust and ash from a real fire, it will look great in my shepherds hut. Safe and controllable. It arrived the following morning!
