    Great seller. There was an issue with the listing and the seller gave me a refund right way and apologized for the inconvenience. The product, though incorrect, arrived in great condition and was well packaged. For reference - The company makes two very similar models of this product, and do not have model numbers on them, and do not document it well on their website so you wouldn't know without a lot of research. Very trustworthy seller, would purchase from again.

    The Drive is doing exactly as it should. Comes without chassis that attaches the DVD Drive to its place inside the machine.

    Excellent quality

    Even though this was a used unit and a bit older, the quality was excellent. I installed immediately upon receiving and it's currently put the workstation back in service.
