OK at the price if you want the hassle of lining it up in the air box.
Bought this "For life" air filter for my 2012 Sprint st 1050. after rmoving tank etc, I found the new filter was a very vague fit in the air box casing. There was no locating frame around the filter like paper original which made it a very loose fit and it does not have a flame guard like original. It is just a shaped foam sock really. I eventually had to use a long piece of welding rod through the filter box lid to keep the new filter in place until i got the center locating screw in. On hindsight, I would have paid the extra and gone with a K&N which has a locating frame around its perimiter.
