The lip pencil was contained in a plastic casing with a little of the tip showing when the top was removed. However, when trying to wind the pencil up to expose more of the lip liner there was no way of doing it. Normally there would be a small seam at the base of the casing which allows for the contents to be wound up, but not in this case. Very disappointed.
