USPS Ground Service failed to provide updates in transit. Seller was extremely active in tracking down the item. The item arrived 3 days late. Item had a faulty locking latch, which was quickly remedied by the local TUMI store. While delivery delay and latch were unfortunate, both beyond the seller's control. I would work with this seller again.
