A problem yes, but the company bent over backwards to resolve the problem and a replacement was sent out on a next day delivery. Personally, I accept that things may get damaged in transit, but when this happens, to have a company do all it can to resolve the issue is all that you can ask for. So, although I have had an issue, I am very happy to give a positive review of 5 stars. Thank you to "Float your boat” and a special thank you to Jenny.
