Listing says Make an Offer. My offer accepted, then the next morning, refunded citing problems with my shipping address. I've had this address for all 16 YEARS here on eBay, NEVER a issue. Made another offer, ignored. VERY poor customer service, NEVER an email sent from the seller noting any problems with my address.. If they won't accept offers, DON'T LIST THAT YOU WILL TAKE OFFERS! Pretty simple.
